Porchfest couldn’t exist without YOU! Thank you so much for your interest in hosting a Children’s or Green Activity on your porch! Please note the Porchfest boundaries: Miner Street to Dean Street and Church Street to Bradford Avenue.
Also, please read and agree to the the following guidelines*:
2026 WC Porchfest Children’s and Green Table Hosting Guidelines*
- Hosts will permit the use of their porch/front yard for the performance.
- Hosts will need to be on the premises on May 16, 2026 for the duration of their event.
- Hosts will permit festival goers to sit on their lawn/sidewalk to view activity/event.
- Host homes shall allow the activity personnel/performers to use their restroom, as needed.
- Hosts shall be willing to meet with their activity personnel/performers (in person, by telephone or virtually) at least one week before the show to plan set-up and answer any other questions the activity personnel/performers may have.
- Hosts will permit having their home address listed on the Porchfest website and schedule for the event. (Please note that the homeowner’s name, or any other identifying information, is NOT included. The address is listed because your home is a venue for the purpose of this event).
- Hosts will permit a Porchfest yard sign to be staked in front of their house. It will say “Porchfest” and have a number which indicates location on the event map.
